This is a very rare , ORIGINAL KENWOOD, cd changer adapter cable.
The
CA-SD200
adapter allows you to connect an older (pre-1994) Kenwood changer-controlling receiver with a recent (1994 or later) Kenwood changer. The 15-inch cable has a 13-pin round female DIN plug on one end and a 13-pin rectangular female DIN plug on the other.
