    Description

    Almost 3 1/2 pound inkwell!  10" x 6" x 3".
    This listing is for the brass or Bronze double inkwell with working hinged LIDS that you see in the photos. I believe that it is antique and probably from the 19th century if not earlier.  I leave it to the buyer to determine its exact age and where it is from.
    Some research tells that it is probably European or Continental. There are no identifying marks or numbers on it. I am not sure if it is bronze or brass.
