RYOBI OKI MGI
Telephone (hourly) service support being provided from one of our RYOBI trained and certified service technicians.
This service is being sold by the hour and you can purchase as many hours as you need, and the time never expires.
Upon checkout, please supply us with your name and telephone number, the model of your press, problem, and the best time to reach you.
At a minimum, please give us your name and number.
If you have questions, please contact us send us an eBay message.
How this works; once you purchase the time, your information will be transferred to a prepaid service ticket and assigned to the appropriate service professional.
The service professional will keep track of the time provided and advise you if and when additional time is required.
At any time you can log onto eBay and purchase additional time.
If you are not satisfied with the level of support being provided, please call the number listed above and we will reallocate the service ticket to a new service professional.

Our team of ten service professionals each has a minimum of twenty-years in the industry and we support one of the largest installed bases of RYOBI offset presses in the world, the state of California.
We are based in Southern California and because of where we live and conduct business, our technicians spend a great deal of time in the car and sitting in traffic.
For you, this is a wonderful opportunity to receive telephone technical support and for us, an opportunity to earn some additional income when our team is idle in traffic.
In this tough economy we are thinking outside the box to keep revenue coming in and hopefully this service can help you keep your presses running strong and profitably.

Travel is additional and will have to be quoted individually based on location.
We are available nationwide and in most major cities around the world.
Parts & supplies:
PFS sells all available RYOBI OEM parts and supplies as well as tested and proven quality aftermarket products.
We also support most RYOBI press accessories with parts, supplies, and service.
Guarantee:
If we cannot help you over the phone, or you are not satisfied with our level of support, we will refund all of your unused time as well as 50% of the time given based on .80/minute.
Limit of Liability:
Due to many factors, telephone support is not a complete replacement for quality on-site support.
PFS is not liable for any damages to your equipment that may result for any reason related to our telephone conversations.
At our discretion, we may refuse to provide telephone support when we feel that service should be provided on site by a certified technician.
When possible, we will recommend local technicians to you.
PFS is closely networked with the RYOBI dealerships and technicians nationwide and we generally know where to direct you for quality help.
