This is a nice old Goebel German figurine.
Art Deco style, circa 1930s.
Nicely Hand Painted.
Depicting a Seated Girl wearing a Large Reddish-Orange Hat playing a Mandolin or similar stringed instrument.
The base is stamped with the impressed Goebel Full Crown mark and the number '913' etc.
