Install a minijack on a panel
Tired of fumbling around behind your instrument panel every time you want to connect a music source to your marine stereo? This panel-mount jack from JL Audio lets you create a permanent connection point for a variety of portable audio sources. The jack accepts a 3.5mm stereo plug and provides output through a pair of male RCA jacks.
This marine-rated 20" cable can be mounted on any flat surface up to 1" thick. You'll need to create a 3/4" hole for the connector, then tighten it into place with the plastic wing nut on the opposite side of the mounting surface. A labeled, sealed rubber cover protects the jack from rain and spray.
