Jennings Brothers JB 3437 2-pc set Inkwell + Rocker Ink Blotter. Made of brass with ceramic inkwell. Exact age difficult to determine, likely mid to early 1900's.
Original unrestored condition, but they should shine very brightly if you choose to clean them up. No damage, just general wear. Inkwell is very clean.
