    Hand Painted Faïence Inkwell probably from the 19th Century and of French Origin, 7 1/2 in. wide, beautifully decorated with a colorful bird surrounded by flowers, hand painted insert and lid, unfortunately the lid was broken  in 3 pieces and glued back together, well worthwhile having professionally restored, sold as damaged and as found.
