Description
Here we have a beautiful early 1850s GII-143 calabash historical flask. This flask features a flying eagle with a ribbon swirling from it's mouth. A shield below overlapping a pile of arrows. The glass is a pure grass green and looks great with a white backlight! The ribbed sides taper up to a long neck with a crude applied tapered lip. The base has a nice iron pontil scar with plenty of iron remaining. This flask stands 8 7/8" tall and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, open bubbles, pot stone issues, heavy wear, etc. Just a little bit of dust / dirt to the exterior and a couple spots of milky residue on the interior. All will wash out fairly easily to make this really sparkle even more! A great historical calabash flask in a great pure green! If anyone has any questions please ask.
