Gii-143 calabash antique glass flask bottle. Iron pontil. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
Some bottles bring with them a little extra when added to a collection.  This is one of those bottles. It carries stickers of past auctions and owners all attesting to the fact that it has been valued for many, many years.  It's been over 40 years since Van Rensselaer was the prominent identification guide.  That red sticker with "ORM" written on it, and then scribbled out....that was important to someone.  The old auction catalog number...I'm confident someone reading this description has a bottle that was sold in the same auction.
These are the things that make this bottle more than just glass.
It's in good shape  There is minor high point wear and even less significant scratches. There is no interior haze.  The embossing for this mold can at times be week. The embossing for this bottle is above average.
If it's time to add Gii-143 to your collection, this is a very good strong example of that flask.
