This week on Ebay we are offering up this fantastic original Tour Book from Depeche Mode's Fall 1998 Tour. This tour was an international tour in support of their second compilation album 'The Singles 86>98'.
The American leg of the four-month tour marked the first time Depeche Mode had toured since the 1993–1994 Devotional/Exotic Tour and was highly anticipated.
I purchased this book at their NYC shows at the Garden in November of 1998 and I've had it ever since. The band has said in Interviews that the 2 New York shows I saw were some of the best of the American leg of the tour.
It is in near perfect condition and includes a ticket-sized promotional insert for the "For the Masses" Depeche Mode covers Album. I don't recall if this was originally in the tourbook or something else I grabbed at the show. Nonetheless, its here and also in perfect condition.
This is a fantastic Tourbook and made very ornately. Many of the pages fold out into mini posters, some pages fold-out into several page mini-posters. Very nicely done. Printed very well on thick paper stock.
If you're a Depeche Mode fan, this is a fantastic collectible that I'm sure you'll love.
As mentioned, it is in fantastic clean condition. No marks, names, writing or any sign of prior ownership.
