This bottle is no longer painted. William T Murphy of NYCNY has the patent Design for this bottle.
It measures 4 7/8” tall and 4” wide.
The top rim is ground. It originally had a screw top.
Mr Murphy also designed a Clam bottle and an Oyster bottle.
