    Description

    This is an ornate antique heavy brass inkwell. It incorporates many eclectic motifs such as a dolphin and a shell, a cherub head, as well as a lion head. Typical Victorian exuberance.This is not a reproduction. The casting is very well defined. I see many reproduction inkwells on ebay masquerading as antiques. If you care, this one has history and character.
