Antique French Baccarat? Art Nouveau GLASS INKWELL Ornate Gilt Metal Holder

Description

Lovely antique Art Nouveau inkwell from recent Columbus, Ohio estate sale.
Measures 6 1/4" across and about 2 3/4" tall.
There is some soldering on the front metal pieces where a fountain pen would be placed.
The cap is not hinged.
No chips or cracks to the glass.  Glass inkwell is attached to the metal and cannot be removed.
A maker's mark on the bottom that I cannot read.
