    Antique Brown Shoe Company, Inc - Moberly, Missouri "1026" Button Pin
    Brown Shoe mainly operated out of St. Louis in the early 1900's, but started its first out of town plant in 1907 in Moberly, Missouri.
    I am unsure what the "1026" on the button means or how old this button is.  It appears to be pretty old - top feels like a thick crackling paper, not celluloid.
    This button is in poor shape; however, the crackling, spotting and the rust seems to add a bit of "old charm" - still a cool item, especially for Brown Shoe advertising collectors!
    Button measures 1.75" in diam.
