Antique Art Deco Cut Glass Inkwell Leaded Glass Large Size Block Optic

For sale is a large cut glass Art Deco Inkwell
This is a beautiful and impressive Art Deco Leaded glass inkwell. The glass is cut in a block optic design on the base of the inkwell so that it shows through on all sides. The hinge/lid mounts are brass. It measures approx. 3 1/2 inches square and approx. 4 1/2 inches tall. I would date it from 1930's - 1940's.
This cut glass inkwell is in wonderful vintage condition. It shows light wear, some small chips found mostly on corners and along edges - nothing serious or distracting. The lid has a small bit of movement as hinge is slightly loose. Please also refer to the pictures in this auction as they are part of the description.
