  • Condition: Very Good Condition. No chips or cracks. Clean with some residue and etching patterns. This bottle obviously had a weird manufacturing journey, with some huge molten bubble on this inside leaving a pattern and a little pointed glass stalagmite on one side. Big intact bubbles too.

    One of a kind manufacturing defect pattern – interior large bubble, which left giant bubble pattern and glass point inside the bottle.
    This is a bottle from an estate collection that had been in storage from 1966-2017. The original collection was over 4000 bottles. The family that built this collection was deeply into historical preservation and conservation. They did their own digging, which included collecting all the of the paper travel memorabilia as they traveled across the American West looking for these old bottles (and insulators, and rocks – but we didn’t get those collections). In some cases, we have items that were prepared for going to shows, and then we have boxes and boxes of bottles that are “freshly dug”.
