3 Antique/Vintage Ink Bottles/Inkwells: Shear Top; Aqua L. H.Thomas; Sheaffer

Description

3 antique or vintage inkwells/ink bottles; all in good condition. Shear top bottle has jagged-looking edge, no lip, but glass is smooth; it does have a couple of chips on the outside near the top and a few rough spots (can't tell if they are glass impurities or chips); no. 90 or 06 stamped on bottom, but no other markings; rough piece of glass ware, but don't know age. Aqua cone-shaped L. H. Thomas has a slight "nick" on the inside of the lip, but it's not sharp, so it might be manufacturing defect; embossing is not very strong, but present (L. H. Thomas' Ink); a number of bubbles in the glass; some lines along the lip, but not rough. Sheaffer bottle has pen holder; Pat'D 1759866 embossing, but no embossed name; a few scratches on the outside. Please look carefully at the pictures.
Shear top bottle dimensions: approx. 2 1/4" tall, 1 3/4" diameter at the bottom, 1" diameter at the top
L. H. Thomas: approx. 2 1/2" tall, 2 1/2" diameter at the bottom, 1" diameter at the top
Sheaffer: approx. 2 1/2" tall, 2" diameter at the bottom, 1 1/2" diameter at the top
Overall a nice group of old bottles.
