19th C Signed F Gornik Arts & Crafts Desk Set Brass Pheasants w Inkwell Germany?

(I stopped and relisted this due to incorrect spelling of the artist). I believe this handsome desk set to be German and old. Any info would be appreciated. I am not sure if the glass inkwell insert is original, but it fits fine. The set has a nice age patina. The felt on the bottom of the tray is torn, but appears unused on the blotters. Otherwise, this is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs. Measuring about 15" long, this will weigh 16 pounds when securely packed for shipment, in a large box.
