    Here's a real thick heavy glass inkwell paperweight from the 1870s with its original cut glass hinged top....8 sided with trough ....sunburst pattern bottom with ground pontil....original cut glass top has cut sunburst pattern....nice brass hinge still in good working condition....4 1/8"tall x 5 1/2"round.....very heavy! It weighs nearly 3 lbs.....Excellent shiny nice condition with only a couple tiny nicks on top; no other damage.
