Here's a sparkling near mint original GII-55 pontiled Eagle/Cluster of Grapes historical flask from the 1825-1835 period. It has a bold emb American eagle with Union shield...13 stars above on front.....2 clusters of grapes with leaves on back.....Open Pontil....smooth sheared lip....oval flask with ribbed sides....aqua...quart.....7 3/4"tall....Excellent attic near mint condition with no chips, nicks or damage of any kind. A nice clean flask with no haze. This flask was made by the Coffin & Hay glass works of Hammonton, New Jersey in the 1830s. I guarantee it is original. About as nice an example as you will ever find!.
