Item is used NOT new! Please note that her neck needs to be fixed as there is some stuffing coming out. There may be marks or stains that are not easy to see. She does come with the dress but there are no tags or markings saying if this is a branded or off branded dress. Her hair will need to be brushed for sure and she is needing some love from someone weather you are a collector or wanting to give her to your kids.
